How do I add a pet?
From the Home screen or the Pets tab, tap the "+" button to add a new pet. Fill in their name, species, breed, and any other details you'd like to track.
How do I set up reminders for tick/flea treatment?
Go to the Reminders tab and tap the "+" button. Select the reminder type (e.g., Tick, Flea) — the frequency will be pre-filled (monthly for tick/flea). Choose your pet, set the next due date, and save. You'll get a push notification when it's due.
Can I share my pet's information with my landlord?
Yes! Go to your pet's detail page, tap the share button (↗), and select "Rental Application Profile". This generates a professional pet profile with vaccination status, desexing, microchip, insurance, and behaviour information. You can share it as a link.
How do I log a health record?
From the Health tab or your pet's detail page, tap "+ Add Record". Select the record type (vaccination, checkup, surgery, etc.), choose your vet from saved vets or add a new one, enter the details, and optionally attach photos.
Can multiple family members access the same pets?
Yes — PawHealth uses a household system. All pets belong to your household, and anyone in the household can view and manage them. Household member invitations are coming in a future update.
How do I track my pet's weight?
Go to your pet's detail page and tap the "Weight" tab. You'll see a chart of weight over time with a trend indicator. Tap "Log Weight" to add a new entry.
What is a Share Card?
Share Cards are professional, shareable summaries of your pet's information. There are four types: Rental Application (for landlords), Sitter Handover (for pet sitters), Vet Visit Summary (pre-appointment prep), and Emergency Info Card (critical details for emergencies).
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access controls ensure you can only access your own household's data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at support@pawhealth.app to request account deletion. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Is PawHealth free?
PawHealth is free to download and use with all core features included.
